CHANNEL 13 - Carver's public/government channel. This is where the citizens of Carver can express themselves through the medium of cable television. Whether you want to produce a show talking with local politicians, a cooking demonstration program or a skit comedy show, it all gets air time on this channel. This is television that is developed and produced by the people who live and work in the town of Carver. It is truly television by and for the community of Carver.
In addition, CCAT cablecasts all of the town's selectmen meetings, the annual town meetings, the monthly program Talk of the Town with state representative Susan Williams Gifford, profiles on candidates running for office and election debates.

CHANNEL 14 - Carver's educational channel. CCAT works very closely with the Carver school system. Through this close collaboration, CCAT encourages the use of the studio by teachers and students to produce video project relevant to what is learned in class.
CCAT also holds an afterschool program for middle school students called The Video Explorer's Club. This program gives the students a good general understanding of video production. Many times these students branch off to produce their own programs.
With a lot of help from CCAT membership, CCAT cablecasts the monthly school committee meetings, middle school, high school and elementary school concerts as well as many of the year-end events. These include Convocation, the Senior Show and the CHS graduation which is cablecast live.
